2 years ago I was a passenger in my daughter’s car when we were rear ended in a 4 car collision at a stop light. There were physical injuries as a result. I thought I could handle the other party’s INSURANCE AGENT questions and inquisitions on my own. NOT! These agents are TRAINED to trip you into answering questions to hinder you from getting ANY compensation for your injuries. They don’t care what means or devices they use to accomplish this.
